Purchasing & payment terms
A signed purchase agreement is required before any deposit is paid or detailed site planning begins. By signing, you commit to purchasing the selected system at the agreed price and accept the full payment schedule, cancellation provisions and other purchase terms. Preliminary enquiries, product information and initial quotations are complimentary.
Upon signing the purchase agreement
Your initial 10% deposit is payable after you sign the binding purchase agreement. It forms part of the agreed system purchase price. Once received, AHS begins detailed remote site planning, positioning and installation preparation. This is not a separate consultation fee or a trial period before deciding whether to order.
Before the manufacturer order is placed
A further 50% of the total purchase price is payable in cleared funds before AHS places the order with the manufacturer. Your cumulative payment at this stage is 60%.
Before dispatch
The remaining 40% of the total purchase price is payable in cleared funds before the completed system is released for shipment, subject to the agreed pre-dispatch documentation and checks.
Payment example — ALARA (US$99,000)
For ALARA at US$99,000, the 10% deposit on signing is US$9,900, the further 50% before the manufacturer order is US$49,500, and the final 40% before dispatch is US$39,600. Freight, customs duties, applicable taxes and any destination-specific installation charges are additional.
Cancellation and changes
Signing the purchase agreement creates a purchase commitment; paying the initial 10% deposit does not give the customer an option to decide later whether to order. If the customer cancels or requests changes after signing, the cancellation and cost-recovery provisions of the signed agreement apply, subject to applicable law. These may include documented planning costs, manufacturer cancellation charges and other reasonable non-recoverable commitments. Deposits are not automatically forfeited.
Delivery, installation and support
System prices exclude freight, customs duties and applicable taxes. Your quotation and agreement will set out the additional charges and scope of site preparation, installation, commissioning, training, warranties and technical support for your destination.
The website describes our standard payment milestones. The signed purchase agreement sets out the binding price, specifications, payment obligations, cancellation provisions and responsibilities before the initial 10% deposit is collected.
